• Shipping address — street address, city, province, and postal code for order delivery.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Profile preferences — body type, style preferences, and size information you choose to share.

• Usage data — pages visited, Looks viewed, search queries, and click patterns.
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
• Order history — items purchased, order totals, and transaction timestamps.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Order processing — fulfilling purchases, processing payments, and coordinating shipping with our retailer partners.
• Personalization — curating your feed, recommending Looks that match your body type and style preferences, and suggesting creators to follow.
• Communication — sending order confirmations, shipping updates, and platform notifications relevant to your account activity.
• Marketing — with your explicit consent, sending promotional emails about new Looks, seasonal collections, and creator features. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Platform improvement — analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve search quality, recommendation accuracy, and overall user experience.

We share your information only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Retailers — your shipping address and order details are shared with the boutique retailers who fulfill your purchases.
• Stripe — payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy. We use Stripe Connect for secure marketplace payments.
• Service providers — email delivery (Resend) and analytics services that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

• Financial records — order and transaction data is retained for 7 years to comply with Canadian tax and financial reporting requirements. After 7 years, personally identifiable information is anonymized.
• Account data — retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted upon your request, subject to the financial records retention period above.
• Usage analytics — aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
